He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McDonald Flowe and Ollie Blanch Morgan Flowe; his brothers, Homer and Carl Flowe; and his nephew Jimmy Flowe.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Burnham O'Neal Flowe; his children, Shelia Chenoweth (Robert), Debra Joines (Jim Burns), Kenneth Flowe Jr. (Cheryl) and Philip Austin (Pamela); and his sister Peggy Flowe Graham. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew, and several great nieces and nephews.
