He is survived by: his wife Doretha; his children, Felicia Mathis, Kimberly Barber, Robin Mathis, Lairy Mathis Jr., Lavosky Johnson, Jonathan Mathis, Carolyn Mathis and Kelvin Mathis; his grandchildren, Desoré, Demetria (Patrick), Diamond, De'Varian, Dyshanique, Nahariyya, Rhykeria, Zachardius, Lairy III, Lamareon, Lamarcus, Mariah, Lavosha, Asiaona, Lavosky, Tymeshionna, Andricus, Blessine, Azariah, Hydia, Reginald, Kane and Gabrielle; his great grandchildren, Zariah, Patrionna, Patrielle, Patrick Jr. and Paisley; and his siblings, Annette Mathis, Donnell Mathis (Essierine), Edward Murray (Penny), Debra Mathis, Cuttes Mathis (Cheryl), Donna Gardener (Charles) and Ronny Mathis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
