He is survived by: his parents, Phil Moshell and Ann Goodwin Moshell of Cuthbert; his wife Tracy Belflower Moshell of Albany; his children, Jack Walter Moshell of Duluth, GA and Megan Elizabeth Moshell of Albany; and his brothers, Christopher Steven Moshell (Diane) and Michael Walter Moshell (Jeanne). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
