He is survived by: his children, Mathis Seay, Jr. (Darlene), Patricia Boges and Karen Keaton (Ralph); and his son-in-law Lester Mills, Sr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
