He is survived by: his wife Janice Simmons; his children, Raymond Simmons Jr. (Demetria), Tracy Atkins (Antonio) and Darryl Simmons; his grandchildren, Cameron Goldsmith, Raven Simmons, Darryl Simmons Jr., Treyce Simmons, Sonteria Goude, Caron Goude and Devantae Simmons; his siblings, Bearnice Houston, Janie Moore, Earnestine Moore, Gloria Moore, Eva Lee Moore, David Moore, Curtis Moore and Donald Moore; his aunts, Mattie Jones, Odessa Reynolds and Ozzie Mae Wimes; and his cousins, Frank Jones and Jenny Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters in law and brothers in law.
