He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Thorne and Osie Shreves Thorne; his wife Patricia "Pat" Aiello Thorne; and his great grandchild Jesse Cole Gardner. He is survived by : his children, Mike Thorne, Heather Tanner of Dallas, TX, Paul Thorne (Pam) of Leesburg and Jamie Sanders (Adam) of Jekyll Island; and his siblings, James Thorne (Charlotte) of Lake Oconee, Susan Gianettino of Ohio and Donna Sirianni of West Virginia. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Baconton United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to Phoebe Hospice in Mr. Thorne's memory.
