She is survived by: her husband Dennis Stevenson; her children, Sekonea Sims (Jimmy) and Rico Malone (Devona); her siblings, Linda Woodson of Albany, GA, Patricia Jackson of Albany, GA, Ozell Allen (Phyllis) of Albany, GA, Jeffrey Adams (Tamera) of Albany, GA, Glenn Adams (Sharon) of Albany, GA, Cedrick Adams of Albany, GA, Anthony Lofton of Albany, GA, Kethon Adams (Angela) of Ft. Worth, TX and Eric Jackson (Clinton, MD); her grandchildren, McKenzie Sims, Jaleel Garrison-Sims, Katilyn Sims, Jayden Sims, Detwaun Sewell and Daveon Sanders; and her aunt Bonnie Collins (Curtis) of Albany, GA.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church (1501 Newton Rd, Albany, GA 31701). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery (120 Old Pretoria Rd, Albany, GA 31721).
