She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Bodiford and Julia Garlin Bodiford. She is survived by: her husband David James Barnes, Sr.; her children, David Barnes, Jr. (Michele), Jessica Barnes (Benjamin McDonald), Richard Barnes of Leesburg and Mary Barnes (Thurman Walker, Jr.); and her siblings, Patricia, Dorothy, Anne, Debbie, Wanda, Eugene and Wayne. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
