He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Sonny" Stephens and Marie Moon Stephens; and his grandparents, Charlie Moon and Noni Henry Moon. He is survived by: his son Travis Stephens of Erwin, NC; and his brothers, Mark Stephens of Conyers and Mike Stephens of North Carolina. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
