He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Wayne Reed and Lila Mack (Lillie Mae); his grandmothers, Minnie Lee White and Lizzie Mae Reed; and his brother James Mack.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Hawkins Mack; his daughter La'Miracle Mack; his brothers, Fredrick Reed (April) of Lancaster, TX, DeAntonio Smith (Cristyle) of Texarkana, TX, DeAngelo Smith of Texarkana, TX and LaQuincyun Mack of Texarkana, TX; his uncle Ollie White; his parents-in-law, John Sr. and Ruby Hawkins; his siblings-in-law, Cassandra Sisroe (Tony), Barbara Hawkins, Samantha Nichols (Tony) and John Hawkins Jr.; and his close friends, Ken Woodard and Allen Smoak. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
