Walter M. Hall III Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter M. Hall III (Albany, Georgia), who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hilson Hall, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Davis Hall; and his siblings, Lee Hilson Hall, Jr., Marion H. Lallmahamad, Saundra H. Jester, Bessie Mae H. "Jean" King and Carolyn H. Burns.

He is survived by: his wife Celia Payton; his nieces, Angelita Hall (Parks) of Duluth, Petrina McDaniel (James) of Atlanta and Tiffany LeAnne Hunter of Peachtree City; his siblings, Victoria Hall of Albany, Mary Ann Green of Columbus, Ohio, Anne Phipps of Peachtree City and Alexander (Tonya) of Albany; and his siblings-in-law, Dianne Wilson (James) of Charlotte, N. C., Willie C. Payton of Albany and Jerome Jester, Sr. of Camilla. He is also survived by two daughters, one son-in-law.
