William Rogers Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 6, 2022, at the age of 82, William Rogers (Albany, Georgia), born in Poulan, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Rogers to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Rogers and Laura Anna Dent Rogers; and his brothers, Michael Rogers and Ronald Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Christa Beverly Rogers of Worth County; his children, Stacey Smith of Albany, Sherry Land (Charles Land) of Sylvester, William A. "Doodle" Rogers, Jr., Nellina of Sylvester and Danyelle Hughes of Sycamore; his siblings, Helen Holt (J. C.), Gary Rogers (Darla), Mary Anne West of Sylvester and Jan Harris of Leesburg; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Beverly, Allen, Blake, Chelsea, Cameron and Allyssa. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Beulah United Methodist Church 900 South County Line Road, Albany, GA 31705.
