He is survived by: his children, Deborah Andrews, Kimbrely Manthei (Kurt) and Terry Phillips (Gail); his grandchildren, T. J. Phillips (Tairyn), Amber Tuten, Alecia Phillips, Samantha Smith (Hunter) and Lance Wiggins; and his great grandchildren, Sierra Tuten, Breanna Manthei, Jupiter King, Liam Phillips, Bryson Smith and Summit Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
