She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bryan Stone and Donna Edith Stone; and her brother Willis Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Willis Simpson; her children, Johnny Willis Simpson, Jr., Jeanna Simpson Thornton, Myra Jane Simpson and Mark Cleveland Simpson; her siblings, Nadine Stone Cogar, Leatrice Stone Nichols, Brenda Carver Yakovsky, Jack Stone and Michael Stone; and her grandchildren, Matt Simpson (Jami), Jonna Portwood (Brad), April Wood (Shawn), Danell Felizardo (Nick), Johnny Simpson, Jr., Casi Berry (Jason), Micah Smith (Jackie), Will Thornton (Sarah), Elizabeth Thornton, John Thornton (Allie), Caitlyn Dee Clark, Marcie Simpson and Lily Simpson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
