He is survived by: his wife Audrey Faye Rewis Spell; his child Stevie Spell (Brenda); his siblings, Lamon Cothren, James Cothren, Marie Boatright (Ronnie), Freda Ann Cooper and Emelyn West; and his great grandchild Andy Cooks.
