She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ralph Crosby and Nadine Harris Byrd; her husband Michael "Mickey" Dixon; her brother Glenn F. Crosby; her stepmother Delama Crosby; her daughters, Amy Gilliard (Jason) and Angie Cox; her grandchildren, Hannah Nobles (Kellan), Grant Gilliard (Lauren) and Mattie Cox; her great grandchildren, Kate, Drake, Kooper Nobles, Kash Gilliard and Alora Merritt; and her siblings, Jim Byrd (Melba), Steve Byrd (Dorcell), Eva Johnson and Janice Gilliard (Loy).
