He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Hayes, Julie Lavender and Jill Baskin (Levi); his siblings' children, Danielle Taylor (Seth), Tiffany Walker, Andrew Hayes (Katie), Christy Waldron (Caleb), Timothy Lavender (Whitney), Jason Lavender (Jonathan), Kimmie Starling (Blake), Kobe Lavender, Dalton, Alyssa Baskin, Aaron Anderson (Chelsea) and Leigha Anderson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Asa, Brayson, Brilynn, Brinlee Starling, Molly Taylor CJ (Dustin), Eli Waldron, Ashton Lavender, Ian, Reid Taylor, KalleighJade, KinsleighJo, KollynnsJaycee, Jackson White, Ella Anderson, Jayce, Chandler, Carter Chancy, Jaylen Batten, Alanni Brackins, Ruby Jo Taylor and Atticus Waldron.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosby Funeral Home (207 W 12th St, Alma, GA 31510). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
