He is survived by: his wife Wanda Carver Cothern; his children, Bruce Cothern (Angie Davis) of Hazlehurst, Marty Walters and Sheila Morris; his great grandchildren, Piper Hewitt and Wrenley; and his brothers, James "Corky" Cothern (Barbara) of New Jersey and Larry Cothern (Kathy) of Alma.
