He is survived by: his wife Florence Meeks Rigby; his daughters, Reeanna Rigby and Julie Lynn Rigby; his stepchildren, Bonnie Rewis, Terry Miller and John Hyers; his siblings, Tony Rigby (Sheryl), Donnie Rigby, Roger Rigby (Pat), Judy Anderson (Michael), Angie Rigby (Roger), Linda Medders (Joe) and Debbie Lee (Gordon); his sister-in-law Wanda Rigby; and his great grandchild Ellisa Boatright.
