It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianne Simmons (Alma, Georgia), who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wright Simmons and Mattie McClellan Simmons; her siblings, Don, Dewey, Darrell Simmons, Dennell Simmons and Donna Griffin; and her siblings-in-law, Daniel Griffin, Sr., Edward Griffin and Genell Thompson Simmons Park.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris, Dorene Griffin and Dewane Simmons (Bobbie Ryals); her sisters-in-law, Martha Hall Simmons and Doreata Smart Simmons Holland; and her niece Sandi Simmons Boatright. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and children she loved.
