He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Varnadore; his stepmother Mammie Varnadore; and his siblings, Larry Conner, Judy Simmons and Frankie Barber.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Varnadore (Brandi); his granddaughter Stella Varnadore of Alma; his sisters, Joann Barber of Alma, Glenda Wildes (Preston) of St. Mary's and Ollie Mae White of MacClenny, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Sonny Simmons of Baxley and Melissa Conner of Alma.
