She is survived by: her sons, David Griffin (Lynn), Daryl Griffin (Connie), Dewey Griffin (Joyce) and Daniel Griffin; her siblings, Dewane Simmons (Bobbie) and Doris Griffin; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Hall Simmons, Doreata Smart Simmons and Emily Griffin Toler. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
