She is survived by: her husband Jessie Bell, Jr.; her children, Jerome Bell, Jesse Owens, Cassandra Dorobantu and Charlotte Bell; and her siblings, John Lewis Butler, Shirley Mobley and Doris Manley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
