He was predeceased by : his parents, Jasper Cephus Parker and Bertha Leona Taylor Parker; his sisters, Thelma Tuten, Wilma Coates, Kathern Parker, Velma Skinner, Helen Hurst and Peggy Parker; his son-in-law Gary Holton; and his great grandchild Rhett Raulerson.

He is survived by : his wife Deborah R. Johnson Parker (Debbie); and his children, Lynn Parker Holton, Dan Parker (Michelle), Julie Parker Lee and Tom Parker. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
