She was predeceased by : her parents, Preston R. Taylor and Mary Lou Douglas Taylor; her brother-in-law Johnny V. Johnson; her son-in-law Pinckney Rogers; her great-nephew Drayden Sears; and also, Abram Wilson and Gracie Kay Cauley.
She is survived by : her husband J. B. Evans; her daughters, Wendy Evans Rogers (Jim Carter) and Leslie Douglas (P. J.) of Alma; her grandchildren, Evan Carter, Corey Douglas, Darian Douglas (Taylor Sharpe) and Deen Rogers; and her sisters, Sandra Wilson (Dailey) and Cheryl Johnson of Alma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and also great-great nieces and nephews.
