He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin E. Nipper and Dorothy Mae Harris Nipper; his wife Judy Ann Nipper; his granddaughter Yanci Nipper; and his siblings, Franklin, Jr., Bobby Nipper, Ann Bazemore, Patsy Ruis, Gloria Nipper, Illa Jean Taylor, Nell Morrison, Shirley Chancey and Betty Hood.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Nipper (Sonya) of Alma, Mark Nipper (Marie) of Alma, Ken Nipper (Trish) of Daytona, FL and TinaCravey (Jeff) of Blackshear; his brother Ronnie Nipper (Sheryl) of Baxley; and his grandchildren, Abby Nipper Morris (Dustin), Klein Nipper (Kaylee), Jolie Nipper, Britney Hamilton, Kelsey Nipper, Lane Nipper, Carson Nipper (Edy), Kaylee, Allie Cravey, Halle Crook (Chad), Jansen Nipper, Ryder Nipper, Steele Brantley and James Hardwick.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crosby Funeral Home (207 W 12th St, Alma, GA 31510). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
