She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie James Wilson and Mamie Taylor Wilson; her siblings, Jesse Trenton Wilson, Irwin Wilson, Warnell Wilson, Betty Rewis, Patricia Davis and Lucy Stoker; and her sister-in-law Marlene Eason.
She is survived by: her husband Lanny Carter, Sr.; her children, Lanny Carter, Jr. (Donna) and Rebecca White (Stan) of Alma; her stepdaughter Ashlyn Brooke Lee of Florida; and her siblings, James Wilson of Trion, GA., Mary Marr (Jim) of Smyrna, DE. and Glenda Rowe (Steve) of Lafayette, GA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
