We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 75, Judy Ann Nipper of Alma, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph L. Tanner and Geraldine Boykin Tanner; her granddaughter Yanci Nipper; and her brothers, Billy and Bobby Tanner.

She is survived by : her husband James Randal Nipper; her children, Tony Nipper (Sonya), Mark Nipper (Marie Davis), Ken Nipper (Trish) and Tina Cravey (Jeff); and her brother Mickey Tanner (Linda). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
