Larry Blanton Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 17, 2020, at the age of 75, Larry Blanton (Alma, Georgia), born in Walthourville, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Blanton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Blanton and Eva Mae Blanton; his daughter Anna Sha Blanton; his siblings, Hubert Blanton and Emma Lee Sweat; and his stepson Dane Boatright.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Yawn Blanton of Alma; his children, Timmy Blanton of Jesup and Tammy Blanton Waters (Dickie) of Odum; his stepdaughters, Dana Carter (Tony) of Alma and Kristi Barnes (Robby) of Baxley; and his sisters, Evone Riggs (Billy) of Jesup, Etwendel Fennell (Gary) of Odum and Latrelle Durrence (Dennis) of Jesup. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Graveside funeral services with COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines in place will be held at 3:00 p. m. on Monday, April 20, 2020 in New Hope Cemetery with Reverend Greg Delk officiating.
