He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynch Stephens and Bertie West Stephens; his wife Barbara J. Stephens; his son Lemar Stephens; and his siblings, Lynch Stephens, Jr., Larry, Bobby, Roger, Donnie, Pete, Glynn, Harold, Bill Stephens, Dora McKenzie, Una Hewitt and Lena Stephens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Woodard (Mike) of Jesup, Sharon Jacobs (Larry) of Burleson, TX, Karen Paulson and Candace Strickland of Alma; and his sisters, Linda Mason, Carol Smith (Greg), Marilyn Hewitt (Jimmy), Kathy Goff, Darlene Brown (Paul) of Jesup and Penny Ray of Brunswick. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
