He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Meeks Palmer; his sons, Billy Palmer (Kayla) and Chris Palmer (Kebra); his stepchildren, Sarah Morris, Rebecca Sellars (Seth), Ashley Arnold (Eric) and Kyle Morris; his sister Vicky Chace (Ray); and his niece Sierra Davis. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
