He is survived by : his wife Debra Smith Kinney of Alma, GA; his children, Garrett Aldrich, Matthew Kinney (Amanda), Mallory Kinney and Allison Kinney; his brother Michael "Mike" Kinney (Deborah) of Glen St; and his granddaughter Mia Kinney.
