She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cook and Rebecca Cook Williams; her grandchildren, Jacob Cook and Macy Williams; and her sibling's children, Nikki Cook, Tony Cook, Ronnie Sleister, Robert Davis, Jennie Davis and Lonnie Davis.
