He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Louise Kendall (Jordan); and his wife Deborah Ward Lykins. He is survived by: his father Victor Carter Kendall; and his siblings, Brian Kendall (Mary) and Karen Miller (Tom). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his friends.
