She was predeceased by: her husband Silva "Dan" Haney; her granddaughter Dana "Shawn" Haney; her great grandchild Brandon Haney; her parents, Howard Thompson and Myrtie Stewart Thompson; her parents-in-law, Walter Haney and Flossie Westbrook Thompson Haney; and her brothers, Egbert Wesley (Edna Thompson) and Ralph Everett Thompson (Dorcas Thompson).
She is survived by: her children, Danny "Lanier" Haney and Lisa Haney Addis (Tony); her grandchildren, Sara Cherif (Afif), Daniel Addis (Brittany) and Dylan Addis (Melani); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Cleopatra, Hazel Addis and Ansley Nicole Addis; and her great great grandchildren, Ryleigh Elizabeth Haney, Grayson James Haney and Ayden Finch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
