She is survived by: her children, Lynn Cowart and Leonard Mazur, Jr. (Mary Jo); her grandchildren, Shelbie Bauer (Marcus), Emilio Mazur (Ali), Justin Cowart and Anthony Mazur (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Jameson Bauer, Caroline Bauer, Sloane Bauer, Margot Bauer, Trent Mazur and Ava Mazur; and her sister Pat Romani (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Rose Mazur.
