He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Schlender and Donna Schlender (Mellum). He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Schlender of Atlanta, GA and Alexa Schlender of Alpharetta, GA.; and his siblings, Linda Urbanik (Jim Urbanik), David Schlender and Lori Wiese (Mark Wiese).
