With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sydney Jerome DeSouza of Alpharetta, Georgia, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sydney Jerome has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He is survived by: his wife Maryanne DeSouza; his children, Peter DeSouza and Nisha DeSouza; and his grandson Kian.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (535 Rucker Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30009). A reception will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Northside Chapel Funeral Directors & Crematory (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075).
