He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. Parr and Rita M. Parr of Austell, GA; and his siblings, Daniel Parr (Dan) of Douglasville, GA, Gregory Parr (Greg) of Tipton, IN and Christina Parr of Sacramento, CA..
He is survived by: his siblings, Walter Parr of Ashburn, VA, Charles Parr of Douglasville, GA, Katherine Lanham (Kathy) of West Union, SC, Mary Parr of Stone Mountain, GA, Ramona Butler (Monie) of Dallas, GA, Dr. Thomas Parr of Shelbyville, KY and Sharon Gaubert (Shari) of Alpharetta, GA.; and his close friends, Will Barnard and Boots (Coon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
