With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Louvema Brown of Alto, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Dewey Brown; her daughter-in-law Diane King; and her sister Edna Brown Jones. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Gerrin Brown; her children, Wayne King of Clermont and Joyce; her son-in-law Larry Melton of Cornelia; her siblings, Frances Jones, Eunice Clark, Mildred Jones, Janice Simpson, Joan Lynn, Jackie McConnell, Milton Brown, Harold Brown and Eldridge Brown; her grandchildren, Patrice King Womack (Rick), Sandy King Todd (Michael) and Brooke Westbrook (Levi); her brother Bradley Motes; her great grandchildren, Joshua Womack (Maddison), Alyssa Royston (Levi), Destiny Martin (Davey Sanders), Caitlynn Motes and Emily Motes; and her great great grandchildren, Charlie Cate Womack and Madelynn Agler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
