He is survived by: his wife Diane McIntosh Nubern; his children, Amy Jo Nubern Payne and Ramey Lee Nubern (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Savannah Webb (Chase), Tristen John Payne, Natalie Nubern, Carsyn Nubern, Gavin, Kaitlyn, Mary and James. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
