She is survived by: her children, Toby Wood and Sherry Wood Dyer; her son-in-law Kevin Dyer; her grandchildren, Alex Wood, Natalie Wood, Stewart Dyer and Logan Dyer; her great grandchildren, Hunter Dyer, Emma Dyer, Harper Dyer and Eliza Dyer; and her siblings, Jean Harris, Benny Chapman, David Sorrow, Andy Sorrow and Dean Meads. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Friendly Mission Baptist Church (154 Friendly Mission Ln, Cornelia, GA 30531).
