He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Miller Sargent; and his brothers, William T. Sargent, Jr. and Michael D. Sargent. He is survived by: his father William T., Sr.; his wife Adina Brady Sargent; his children, Jonathan Sargent (Jennifer), Jessica Trotter (John), Robert Stephens (Brooke) and Amber Miller; his grandchildren, Austin Hollis, Adam Hollis, Kaylee Trotter, Kasey Jordan, Joanna Sargent, Ava Miller, Camden Miller and Elijah Miller; and his siblings, Danny L. Sargent, Kathy Sargent Stanley and Linda S. Woodall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McGahee Griffin Stewart Funeral Home (175 Vfw Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (747 Rock Springs Rd, Lula, GA 30554).
