It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stevens of Ambrose, Georgia, born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Jeanna Stevens of Ambrose, GA; his children, Christopher Stevens (Macy) of Ambrose, GA, Matthew Stevens (Kristen) of Ambrose, GA, Logan Stevens of Ambrose, GA., Amy Lucas (Daniel) of Ambrose, GA, Alicia Swinehart (Chris) of Ambrose, GA and Kristi Mcbride (Ethan) of Ambrose, GA; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Stevens, Natalee Swinehart, Peyton Lucas, Paisyn Lucas, Ethan Matlock Jr., Mackenzie Swinehart and Jaden Swinehart; his stepmother Viki Stevens of Ambrose, GA; his siblings, Jeri Lynn Bussey (John) of Ambrose, GA, Austin Stevens (Heidi) of Ambrose, GA, Cliff Kirkland (Cindi) of Douglas, GA and Ray Griffin of Ambrose, GA; his nephews, Vincent Stevens, Brent Stevens, Brian Stevens and Hunter Stevens; and his close friends, Gary Wooten, Brad Vickers, Troy Prescott, Danial Paulk, Ali Paulk and Debra Vickers.
