He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Dominy and Lois Scoggins Dominy; and his siblings, J. E. Dominy, Boyce Dominy, Tom Dominy, Don Dominy, Laverne White, Barbara Gibbs and Janise Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Sanora Dominy of Americus; his children, Tonya Sizemore (Tim) of Macon, GA, Sheila Hewitt of Ellaville, GA and Greg Dominy (Sharon) of Ellaville, GA; his siblings, Buck Dominy (Mary K.) of Fitzgerald, GA and Anita Hancock (James) of Fitzgerald, GA; his grandchildren, Libby Kelly (Taylor), Leah Skinner (Jutt), Logan Scott (Ethan), Mason Apperson (Makayla), Colby Hewitt (Keltsy), Laine Crawford (Cole) and Tate Dominy; and his great grandchildren, Parker Kelly, Grant Kelly, Denver Skinner, Marlee Apperson, Maverick Apperson and Ry Ry Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Baptist Church (975 Felder St, Americus, GA 31709). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
