It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Holman of Americus, Georgia, who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Holman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Emery Holman and Georgia Craig Holman; her sister Harriette Holman Prince; her sibling's children, Wanda Prince Gosa, Connie Eubanks and Jim Carney; her great-niece Kaitlyn Carney; and her great-nephew Em're Bullock.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas E. Holman, Shirley Holman Ulrick and Sylvia Holman Eubanks; her siblings' children, Lee Holman (Catherine), Tommy Holman (Michelle), Steve Bullock (Fu'san), Bill Ulrick (Jeannine), Louann Carney, Kathy Taylor (Jeff) and Paul Eubanks; and her caregivers, Ernestine Johnson, Peggy Mask and Pauline Luster.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (400 Rees St, Americus, GA 31709). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Leslie Community Church, Allen Street, Leslie, Georgia.
