He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Nichols (Mike) of Brentwood and Mary Lynn Matthews (Jeff) of St. George, Utah; his granddaughter Kathryn Nichols Kresse (Jonathon); and his great grandchild Oliver Kresse of Antioch, Tennessee..
