He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Chandler Haulk, Sr. and Doris Dana Atha Haulk. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Claire Haulk) and Jeremy Haulk of Buena Vista, GA; his siblings, Phillip Haulk, Patricia Hogan and Donna Sue Bailey; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Rebecca.
