He is survived by: his wife Lola Sampson; and his children, Sandy Sampson Jr. of Americus, Deacon Paul Sampson (Vernita) of Plains, Jackie Sampson of Americus and Charlene Pierce of Savannah, Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church (420 E Jefferson St, Americus, GA 31709).
