He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowell and Elsie Lowell. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Stanley Lowell, Jr. (Cindy) of Columbus, David Carlton Lowell (Dea) of Americus and Stephen Phillip Lowell (Rose) of Plains; and his brother David Lowell of Maine. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
